The expected outcome of the project is the creation of a platform based on APIs (for easy integration of cloud and edge infrastructure products) and on an orchestration layer, enabling the development and deployment of applications using the type of horizontal services shown in the figure.

This platform will be marketed to cloud service providers (CSP), content delivery network (CDN) providers, industry integrators, and end users.

Specific vertical application use cases leveraging the E2CC platform will also be commercialised to customers who may be cloud providers (intending to integrate infrastructure products or cybersecurity and sustainability services), edge/cloud application providers (using the platform and cybersecurity, AI/MLOps, sustainability and orchestration services to deliver portable, secure, sustainable critical applications) or end users who will be able to select products and services according to their use cases.
